Body Change Challenge –Ramadan
Our behaviours determine the body we have and for any successful body transformation you will need to do some new actions to create a different set of results.
One of the most effective ways to create behaviour change is not through endlessly talking about it or reading another article on the subject but through the action of doing it! This is called Behaviour Conditioning. You can train yourself to do anything with a little action and repetition.
The Body Change tasks focus on some of the different traits you need to create a spectacular body.

Why do it? –
Any time you change and force yourself to eat different you create the opportunity to grow. Doing things with the support of others makes any challenge a little easier. I like to do the first few days of Ramadan (I am not Muslim) as it is a great challenge food wise and after you have finished you really come out the other side acting differently around food and drink.
What to do –
Decide how long you will do Ramadan for, from 1 day to 30!! (I do the first 5 days). Then decide what hours of the day you will not drink or eat anything (including water). I follow the standard UK Muslim recommendations (roughly 3.30am until 9.30pm with Ramadan happening around June/July at the moment).
As you are probably not Muslim (you would have to do it if you were) then you can pick fewer hours than the full guideline, e.g. 9am – 5pm. Do not drink or eat anything during your set hours, ensure you eat just before the fast begins and when it finishes.
