I have always been a fan of personality tests and questionnaires to discover more about yourself. In fact, I have a spreadsheet where I keep the scores of various personality tests that I have done on my friends :). This allows me to link the results of real world people to the different systems. Some are accurate and helpful e.g. the big 5 personality test, while others are more for fun and discussion e.g. the political compass test.
On completing my book, I wanted to create a questionnaire that would direct you to the areas that were most important for you to get results. While I had a lot of great feedback about the Grand Unified Theory of Weight Loss, one issue that came up is that it was very comprehensive. This is because it goes through every factor that influences why one person does or does not get results and how anybody could achieve any goal, whatever their prior struggles. In the real world though, only a few factors will apply to you and thus you do not need to account for everything that is outlined in the book, but which factors do you need to focus on?
To help you discover this, I have designed a body transformation skills analysis which will show you what you need to work on the most to get results. Alongside this, you will also be able to identify the extent to which you need to master certain abilities. As I have discussed before, much of the body transformation advice comes from bodybuilding, which requires a lot more input and skill to achieve than a typical health related goal. Therefore, many people are trying to follow a plan that is too difficult for them to sustain and they don’t even need to be attempting it.

What Does This Mean For You?
If you are looking to change your body you probably do not need to change as many things as you would imagine. I have seen so many people make subtle small changes that have resulted in big changes in their results. The reason this works is that there are usually just a few blocks that prevent you getting results, and these can normally be solved fairly easily The main issue is knowing what they are, so you can do the needed tasks thereafter.
