I feel the hardest area to measure and track is around your health, body composition changes are easy enough to see and fitness improvements are easy to feel. Health is difficult, as your traits and symptoms are so slow to change, taking weeks to months to improve. To help with this I created the health traits evaluation test which we have discussed numerous times before.
There is another side to health outside of just your current symptoms, long term health is a game of probabilities where your behaviours over many years will influence the likelihood of what age you will live to and what quality of life you will experience in later years.
The problem with this is how do you evaluate what your current behaviours will produce many years into the future? To help solve this problem I’ve created a valuable new tool to help you — the Longevity Test.
