Sunday is one of my favourite days of the week as I hit the athletics track and normally play touch rugby afterwards before relaxing and having a day off from work……..
This week though, i was up 5am to watch the mayweather fight and then continued work on my website overhaul until 10am when i hit the track….the sun blazing i topped up my tan during a tough training session. I couldn’t get loose and felt tired, I hit a 59 sec 400m then a 150 and 100 after that. I couldn’t resist touch rugby but by the time i jogged up i was empty….a total waste of space so only stayed 45 minutes and left to refuel and then head wembley for the conference playoff final…wrexham lost…end of story!
Sunday –

Exercise – Athletics track – (59sec 400, 150m, 100m), Touch rugby
Weight – 74.8kg, Body fat – didnt take
