As someone who has done the first 5 days of Ramadan for three years now it was good fun to go on the Islam TV Channel and discuss the issues of fasting, the best ways to handle such a long fast and other issues around this period. The points raised have benefits for everyone interested in health and fitness and not just those participating in Ramadan.
