My approach is now the simplest it has ever been and gets sensational results as a consequence. When working with someone the general format is –
- Establish your main goals, analyze potential blocks and set up a way to measure progress.
- Create a simple starting plan…follow it…then build from there.
- Food wise there are different plans for losing fat compared to optimizing health or life long living.
- On all plans you can still have a “treat” or “bad” food every day as long as it is in moderation.
- On all dieting plans you can still have 1-2 off days a week where you eat freely.
- Almost any food or drink can still be retained in your diet (including your favourite food) if allowances are made elsewhere.
- Exercise is based around your likes, facilities and desires. Ranging from simply walking in many cases to more sophisticated plans for athletes.
- I will ensure you are highly motivated from the start & beyond.
- Behaviour wise we will look to break connections to your old behaviours and foods so you can never go back once succeeded
