The video below discusses why it is good to eat what you want this Christmas. This is on the subject of effort vs reward vs results. Too often people pick the wrong battles and ultimately it costs them in the long run. Christmas is often the case. The effort required to eat well at christmas is for most people much more than it would be on any day in January or perhaps for the rest of the year. The rewards of eating well on christmas is like any other day…. it is one day’s worth! You then need to ask yourself; is it worth the battle? For some yes, for the vast vast majority no.
