Follow the videos below to learn how to introduce some aerobic intervals into your training routine. While doing this you should look to focus on intensity. That is, going faster over longer. Therefore greatly reduce your overall time of the aerobic workout, e.g. 10 minutes maximum for the whole session. Use the time you free up to focus on the other areas of exercise.

There are two types of intervals shown in the videos below. In one type you are always working but you are rotating the exercise between working hard and working more comfortably. In the second video and interval type you are rotating from working hard to a rest. Neither option is better but slightly changes the way the body works. It also provides a different mental focus which for many people will appeal when other methods do not.
