Previously I have discussed how you can categorise the different types of bodies through using the 7 levels of body shape. It is by no mistake certain people have a higher standard of results than others. If you look at exercise frequency you can begin to see how many sessions per year are needed to create the desire level of results.

I prefer to take an annual look at exercise sessions because it will account for long lapses of exercise as well as more intense periods. If you happen to be training at a frequency above your actual level of body shape then you must look at the other areas of success, your nutrition and the quality of both the exercise and nutrition plans.
