Fit Bit Wrist Pedometer – I got one of these in two years and never looked back, I have all my clients use one and I even put one on the dogs collar to track his movement ;), I love the way they quantify how much you move or don’t move. Massage Devices – If you know what you are doing with massage and trigger point devices you can completely transform your body and remove aches and pains. My main current tool to use is a lacrosse ball. Second to that it is the classic old Foam roller.

Body Fat Calipers – Stop being a slave to the weighing scales which only give unhelpful and demotivating behaviours. Instead use the more accurate fat measurement calipers

Skipping rope -Old school fitness techniques still work, skipping can be done anywhere

Oxygen Advantage – I have been using modified breathing methods for a few years now and have seen amazing results in terms of both fitness and food cravings. Finally a good book has been written on it by Dr Patrick McKeown.
