is in her forties and lives near Slough and works as a facilities
administrator.
Why
did you work with Ben, what were your goals and what had you tried
before?
I had
put on a lot of weight even though i had been exercising by myself
and with a Personal Trainer. I thought I was eating healthy until
I read about the principles of metabolic typing which made me wonder
if the foods I was eating were not actually as healthy for me as
I thought.
In
the past I had tried both Weight watchers and Slimming World as
well as a Healthy Eating Plan. I even tried cutting out alcohol
for seven weeks but that didn't help me lose weight.
How
did you find the experience?
If
I’m honest I found it all a bit daunting at first but I soon
adjusted. I tried my best within the plan and though I was not perfect
at every meal it still got me the results I wanted. As well as concentrating
on my eating I upped my exercise routine too.
What
results did you get?
This
has worked!!! The results speak for themselves! I am a kilos away
from having lost a total of 2 and a half stone!!!
People
that haven’t seen me for ages comment on how different I look
and everyone can now see the weight loss.
I have
my confidence back now, my goal of again wearing a pair of jeans
is now so close I feel I can touch it. I’ll be carrying on
and I’m proud of my achievement.
I
hated my picture being taken while I was fat so didn’t take
any. I look more like the old me in pictures now just like when
I was very small.
