My new intensive programmes (1-5 days).

I am in the early stages of planning my new intensive programmes. The goal is to create massive long term behavior change over the course of a 1-5 day period.

It will take place either in your house, a villa or cottage here in the UK or abroad. The programme will combine the very best strategies in my brand new mind change programme, metabolic typing nutrition and exercise profiling system.

The intensive will be based on the results you obtain in the mind change beliefs questionnaire, exercise profile tests and metabolic typing analysis. From this a programme of events is scheduled to transform each area.

During the intensive you will:

  • Transform the main beliefs that prevent you doing the necessary behaviours to be successful long term.
  • Learn and apply Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to past, present and future issues.
  • Develop upon your weak areas in your fitness profile and put in place an exercise programme to continue long term.
  • Undergo a 1 -5 day detox protocol.
  • Implement the recommendations of the metabolic typing programme and understand the surrounding issues and possible blocking factors towards your goals.

A typical day.

A typical day away may look something like the plan below, though each course would be tailored to your needs and can be adjusted as necessary.

7am  - Morning workout and posture balancing.

8am  - Breakfast (within guidelines of detox protocol).

9am  - Beliefs changing exercises (based on your analysis results).

11am - Metabolic typing education and planning.

12pm - Lunch (within guidelines of detox protocol).

2pm  - Exercise session.

3pm - EFT and belief changing programming.

5pm -Dinner (within guidelines of detox protocol).

7pm - Metabolic typing information and relaxation strategies

9pm - Free time.

A series of days like the one outlined above will allow you to get not only immediate results but also put in place long term behaviour changes.
