Follow along with my example below and use EFT for yourself. It is best done if you have a specific emotion about an event. Simply replace the word I use with those relevant to you. Watch for jumping emotions as this often happens with EFT and is a good sign of progress being made, e.g. from anger to sadness to guilt as you tap.
