EFT
is a form of psychological acupuncture. The technique combines tapping
on certain parts of your body with your fingers while saying
specific statements that tune into thoughts around an
issue.
It
is the fastest growing field of psychology today and
produces great results often quickly and in often where nothing
else works.

does it work?

the sessions we will identify any previous events in your life which
could be undermining your current issue / problem.

will then tap various acupuncture points on your body (see below)
while repeating statements which tune you into the issue we are
working on. Believe or not this simple process is able to transform
your emotional state around an issue and thus benefit your present
day problem.
